Name Change Announcement - JulyThe firm is pleased to announce that the name of the firm is changed to add Holly Mosher in recognition of her substantial contributions to the firm. The name of the firm shall be Friedlander & Mosher PC. “The firm’s name change recognizes Holly’s significant contributions to the firm and the outstanding results she has achieved for our clients,” said Bill Friedlander, President of the firm. Holly is a talented trial lawyer whose experience as a trial lawyer brings a unique perspective to helping people recover money damages from wrongdoers.”

Holly Mosher grew up in Watkins Glen, New York and is a graduate of Ithaca College and Syracuse University College of Law.  She has devoted her career to litigation, having held positions as a prosecutor, public defender, and now practicing civil litigation representing clients who have been injured.  Holly worked with the Friedlander firm during law school, and joined the practice full-time in February 2014.  She focuses her practice on elder abuse and neglect, holding nursing homes accountable for causing injury and death to residents.  Holly also handles other personal injury matters, as well as representing victims of hazing and Title IX violations on college campuses.  She is a member of the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group and serves on the continuing legal education committee; she is the vice president of the NY Nursing Home Litigation Group; and a member of the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers.   Holly lives in Lansing with her partner, two children and three rescue dogs.  On the rare occasion that she has free time, Holly enjoys attending Syracuse basketball games and cheering for the Cubbies.
